Are you struggling with day-to-day life or relationships? Perhaps you’ve noticed patterns of behaviour that feel unhelpful, or you're feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, low mood, or loss. Whatever brings you to counselling, I offer a warm, respectful, and non-judgemental space where you can begin to explore your thoughts and feelings and make sense of what’s troubling you.

I understand that starting counselling can feel daunting. My aim is to provide a safe and supportive environment where you feel heard and understood, working at a pace that feels right for you.

I have a special interest in working with adults with nurodivergency and have supported people extensively with this over the past 7 years since I qualified. People I see often come to counselling because they are experiencing difficulties in their lives and wonder if it is due to Autism and/or ADHD.    

I also work with young people. Prior to qualifying as a counsellor, I worked in secondary schools, where I supported young people with neurodivergent conditions such as Autism and ADHD. I understand the unique pressures young people face in today’s society and offer a space where they can feel safe to explore and grow.

I am also a qualified adoption support counsellor, having completed specialist training to support adults exploring the impact of adoption and fostering. This includes working with adoptees, adopters, birth family members, and those involved in fostering, special guardianship (SGO), or kinship care — whether these experiences are recent or from the past.

I am currently training to be a supervisor. Throughout my training, I am offering sessions at half the usual cost.

I am a Registered Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and work within their ethical framework.

I offer in-person sessions and online counselling via Google Meet, and provide a free 20-minute introductory call so you can see if you feel comfortable working with me.
