Sometimes we need to reach out for help. The first step isn't always easy, however I am here to offer a supportive and confidential space to listen.
I have specialist training working with children and adolescents, helping them with a wide range of issues. These include; behaviour, stress/anxiety, depression and mental wellbeing. I currently work in a school two days a week which helps to build my experience.
I have experience working with an addiction charity and have helped people with drug, alcohol, food and SLA addiction. I have also worked alongside family members who have been impacted by someone struggling with addiction.
