Katy Bradbury

Currently in advanced training as a psychotherapist in the field of Relational Transactional Analysis (TA). Working privately & for the NHS.

I believe in peoples capacity to make changes, by understanding the interconnected aspects of life, including thoughts, feelings, behaviors, and relationships, to promote healing empowerment and growth.

My Approach

I am in advanced training at the Metanoia Institute in Ealing, working toward my MSc in Transactional Analysis Psychotherapy and a qualification of Certified Transactional Analyst. I have a BSc in Psychology and have worked for over twenty years in the field of addictions. I am experienced with working with trauma, women’s issues, domestic violence, mental health, self-harm, and different types of substance misuse issues.

I provide a safe, empathic, non-judgemental place for you to explore what is going on for you, and talk things through in a confidential way. I see our relationship as an important aspect of the therapeutic process.

Therapy can be challenging, and also extremely rewarding. I believe it is important to work on building a mutual trust between us, to help facilitate empowerment, growth and change.
